It was a bad choice on Obama’s part. McCain made a smart move picking Palin.
Hahaha… “job” is the three letter word, but you knew that. The “s” is a plural suffix. So Biden could have phrased that better–but is that the point? Does he cease to be a viable candidate because he has trouble articulating that “job” is a three-letter word?
At this point, the right-leaning criticism is absurd. It tries to dismiss Obama’s “pretty speech” in one breath and condemn Biden’s linguistic missteps in the next. Make up your mind.
The country is in the midst of economic, military and health crises. Is this gaffe even worthy of a footnote in reports of this election?
Just another in a growing list of gaffes.

And as soon as he realized his mistake, Biden apologized profusely for telling Chuck to stand and told everyone else to stand instead.
I’d advise against into starting a vice-presidential gaffe-off. Seriously. If you want to go there I think there are a few of us who could “get back to ya!” with more than a few “gaffes” that actually reflect a lack of knowledge about issues that directly relate to the jpb.
Biden’s gaffe on “jobs” being a three letter word is unexcusable and reflects on what seems to be a candidate with only a third grade education.
